Strategically positioned on the banks of the Humber, the gateway to Europe and the UK’s busiest ports complex, Saltend Chemicals Park is at the heart of the UK’s Energy Estuary.
It is home to a cluster of world-class chemicals and renewable energy businesses, which share an established infrastructure and services, enabling them to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and maximise returns. Collectively they produce more than a million tonnes of chemicals every year. Chemicals used in everyday products ranging from paints, clothing, pharmaceuticals and more.
Saltend Chemicals Park is home to blue chip firms including INEOS, BP, Nippon Gohsei, Triton, Air Products, Tricoya and more.
As owner operators of the facility we are now responsible for the operations and maintenance of all the infrastructure -ranging from workshops and office buildings through to bulk storage tanks, utility distribution and the site central control room.
It is our intention to continue to develop Saltend Chemicals Park further, attracting more manufacturing businesses to join and capitalise on the advantages it provides, as well as ensure existing partners on the site receive a world-class operation.
