We call this ZERO Harm and our ZERO Harm Charter describes our expectations and commitment to preventing harm to People, Environment, Assets and hence our clients and our own Reputation (PEAR). We believe that ZERO Harm is fundamental and underpins our values and behaviours, balances management of both process and workplace safety and is embedded in our everyday business culture.
We have 30 years’ experience in operating safely and maintaining high levels of reliability of high hazard, complex, highly regulated assets in the energy and infrastructure sectors including the 370 acre Saltend Chemicals Park near Hull, UK which we acquired in 2018.
We are justifiably proud of outstanding safety performance sustained over many years which comes from the positive attitudes and behaviours of our people; robust, efficient and effective systems and the highest standards and focus on not harming people, the environment or our assets.
Managing complex energy and industrial assets is a specialist job – particularly if you want to meet the highest safety standards and do so with maximum efficiency and security of supply. As the energy transition brings its own challenges, it calls for very specific expertise to combine O&M with engineering and energy solutions.
