We are delighted to share the highlights from our recent Apprentice Presentation Day, where our talented apprentices showcased their innovative ideas to enhance our mission towards sustainability whilst gaining deeper insights into our business operations.

Each apprentice delivered a well-researched presentation, offering creative solutions and actionable strategies to further our sustainability goals. Throughout the day, the apprentices had the opportunity to learn more about our business, providing them with an understanding of how their ideas could be implemented in real-world scenarios.

Army Business Challenge Day

3rd October 2024

The Army Business Challenge Day offers apprentices a unique, hands-on experience designed to develop essential skills like team-building, mental resilience, and leadership in an exciting and structured military environment.

Throughout the day, the apprentices engaged in a variety of activities such as Basic Battlefield First Aid, Command Tasks, Military STEM Activities, Camouflage and Concealment and Airsoft Range. The Army Business Challenge Day is an opportunity to provide the apprentices with practical skills and valuable lessons that they can apply in both their professional and personal lives equipping them with practical skills in leadership, teamwork and resilience.
