px Welcomes New Apprentices

We’re excited to welcome new apprentices to px!

This year’s cohort has joined teams across Engineering, Site Operations, HR, ICT, Finance and more — reflecting our ongoing investment in early careers and the development of future talent. 

Three apprentices have begun their journey by heading straight into college for technical training and will join our team at Saltend Chemical Park next year. We're also pleased to welcome three apprentices who have transferred to px mid-way through their programmes from other organisations — we're glad to support the next step in their journey. 

To kick things off, the group took part in a two-day induction at our Stockton Head Office — learning about our business, how we work together to create a thriving future and exploring our Beyond ZERO culture. We provided engaging and practical sessions designed to build confidence, creativity, and collaboration. 

After a packed first day, the apprentices joined their mentors and line managers for a well-earned evening of bowling — a great way to connect and celebrate the start of their journey.
