One year ago, px Group and LIFTE H2 joined forces. Today we celebrate how far we've come 🎉
In April 2024, LIFTE H2 officially became part of px Group — a milestone that marked not just a strategic acquisition, but the beginning of a shared mission to accelerate the hydrogen economy and energy transition. This partnership brought together LIFTE H2’s deep expertise in hydrogen engineering and project delivery with px Group's decades of leadership in energy infrastructure and operations focused on the energy transition.
From the start, it was clear this would be a collaboration built on more than capability — it was about culture, values, and purpose. The team met several times in Berlin, Stockton-on-Tees and at Saltend Chemical Park to discuss business and safety strategies as well as culture.
Over the past year, we’ve shaped a common proposition to support through the entire lifecycle of hydrogen infrastructure — from concept and design to operation and maintenance. That value proposition has already turned into action. Together, we now offer integrated engineering, EPC(m) and O&M services with real boots-on-the-ground experience. We have presented our new offering to customers, prospects and at key industry events such as the All-Energy Conference in Glasgow, Hydrogen Technology Expo in Hamburg and E-world in Essen. We are actively expanding into the UK hydrogen market, having already supported our first UK customers in the development of their hydrogen projects. We also commissioned a hydrogen refuelling station in northern Germany and are building a refuelling station for Beteiligungsgesellschaft Kreis Düren entire bus fleet: https://lnkd.in/dui62usD
We've laid the foundations for something powerful. We've combined our expertise, earned the trust of customers and colleagues alike, and demonstrated that a shared vision, backed by execution, can create extraordinary business value.
To the entire LIFTE H2 and px Group team: thank you for an incredible first year. Here’s to continuing to grow, deliver, and lead — together.
