Katie Woods-Ruddick joined px Group as the Head of HR in October 2017, recently promoted to Chief People Officer. Katie is responsible for leading and developing px Group’s people agenda, ensuring that the vision and values are embedded across the business. As a part of the Senior Leadership team, Katie supports the business with its strategy and business growth plans.
Katie has extensive experience working in HR and has led many projects; including organisational design, employee engagement, competence, succession & talent management and learning & development. Ensuring that the business has a wealth of talent that is required to meet business outcomes and that staff remain motivated and engaged, leading to high levels of performance is a key priority.
Katie has a BA Hons in Education and Training and is also a Chartered Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Katie represents px Group at the North East Apprenticeship Ambassador Network and is a Non-Executive Director at COGENT Skills.
