px has developed a number of projects for itself and on behalf of other major energy companies both in the UK and Europe. px is able to provide a complete service from initial concept development through to full operations and maintenance of the completed plant.

experience

px has developed a 1020MW CHP scheme on Teesside, UK (Thor Cogeneration Ltd). This encompassed tasks such as planning, land issues, utility connections and thermodynamic modelling and culminated in the development of functional and technical specifications for the project for the purposes of developing the Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract. This project received Section 36 consent in August 2008 and was sold to a major utility company in November 2008. px continues to support the project via a formal agreement.
